Description
The Panlong range of gravel & dredge pumps is designed to pass very large solids not capable of being pumped by series P, specifically for continuous pumping of extremely aggressive slurries containing large particles at consistently high efficiencies. The large volume internal profile of the casing reduces associated velocities further increasing component life.
Each Panlong pump is accurately assembled and checked tolerance prior to hydraulic testing, allowing for immediate installation. Pumps can be fit up by customization to meet specific requirements from clients worldwide.

1.Impeller –Specially designed and shaped impeller vanes allow the handling of extraordinarily large particles.
2.Casing –The casing is made up of three components to reduce maintenance time and costs associated with a one piece design.
3.Standard bearing cartridge (grease lubricated SKF bearings)extending shaft lifecycle and reducing unexpected shutdowns and maintenance costs.
4.Multiple options of sealing type adapted to particular liquids and applications (gland packing, mechanical seal, expeller shaft seal)
